Overview Dashboard

The overview dashboard gives you a broad overview on how your survey is currently performing and gives you quick access to the latest answers and metrics.

The dashboard screen is split in following sections.

  1. Dashboard title: The title section allows you to edit the survey title and to open the survey for answers collection from respondents or to close it to block new respondents from taking your survey. It also provides a quick deployment link that you can send to your respondents to take the survey.

  2. Dashboard Information Box:

    1. In progress is the number of people who started the survey, saved their progress and did not finish the survey yet.

    2. Respondents total count of people who completed your survey.

    3. NPS is the total Net Promoter Score for since the survey stated.

    4. CES is the average Customer Effort Score since the survey started.

    5. CSAT is the average Customer Satisfaction Score since the survey started.

    6. Avg. response time is the average time it took for all the respondents to take the survey.

    7. Open invitation is the total of invited recipients from campaigns who did not yet take the survey

    8. Completed is the total of successfull invitations that were sent for your survey.

  3. Dashboard Reports

The overview reports give you a quick reports on

  • Respondents count

  • Net Promoter Scoreยฎ

  • Customer Effort Score

  • Customer Satisfaction Score

Respondents report

The respondents stats give you an aggregate count of the number of respondents who took your survey on a given day.

The NPS report gives you the current NPS score for the selected period of time.

This reports is only generated for surveys having an NPS question.

The Customer Effort Score gives you all the average CES results for the selected period of time.

The CSAT gives you the average satisfaction level for the selected period of time.

All those reports can generated based on a day range of your choice.
